SnapNames.com is an industry leader in the expired domain name market and offers 3 "types" of domain auctions. Expiring (partner), True Drops & Seller Listed. Here are the times of day your order must be placed.

~ Drop names (True Drops/Pending Delete) have to be ordered by 10:40am Pacific, 1:40 pm Eastern the day of the drop.  Unless there is already another order for it, then you have until the auction starts (Noon Pacific, 3 pm Eastern)

~ Partner (Expiring) names can be ordered up till 9pm, Pacific, Midnight Eastern, which is the night before the auction would start.  Again if another order were placed in time you have until the auction starts (Noon Pacific, 3 pm Eastern).

~ Seller names (mainly, In Auction) are available through the auction end date and time.

~ There are circumstances where an auction could begin at any time of the day.

General PendingDelete Drop Times

If or when a domain name reaches PendingDelete status, on the 6th day the domain name get's released from the registry "drops". Each TLD (.com, .net, .org) has a specific "time range" of when a domain name will become available.

• .com & .net domain names start dropping at: 1:00 pm - 2:15 pm CST
• .org domain names start dropping at: 8:30 am - 9:30 am CST
• .info domain names start dropping at 3:30 am - 4:30 am CST
• .biz domain names start dropping at 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm CST
• .us domain names start droping at 12:00 am - 1:00 am CST
